Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your OneTradeJournal account in the mobile app or send a request here without reinstalling or signing in.
Delete inside the app
- Open OneTradeJournal and sign in.
- Open Account & Sync.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
What the request removes
Deletion removes your account and associated cloud data, including profile details, synced trades, journal notes, goals, playbooks, annotations, uploaded chart media, and saved AI feature records.
Records that we must retain for tax, payment, fraud-prevention, security, or other legal obligations may be kept only for the required period. Irreversibly anonymized aggregate statistics may also remain because they can no longer identify you.
We complete verified web requests within 30 days. If you delete inside the app, local app data is also cleared from that device. A web request cannot erase copies stored only on a device you control.
Request deletion without the app
Enter the email address registered to your OneTradeJournal account. Keep the preselected deletion subject and do not include passwords, brokerage credentials, or identity documents. We may email that address to verify account ownership before deletion.
