Which broker can connect to TradingView in India? A dated connection directory
Which broker you can connect to TradingView depends on your account and intended market. TradingView's India directory, checked on 14 October 2026, lists Dhan, FYERS, Angel One, Alice Blue, Bajaj Broking, Kotak Neo, Paytm Money, Share.Market, Motilal Oswal, INDmoney and Upstox among its stockbroker connections. The table separates TradingView's listing from what each broker's own page confirms; it does not rank brokers.

Start with the TradingView connection, then check the broker
A direct connection means selecting a broker inside TradingView's Trading Panel and authorising your existing brokerage account. TradingView supplies the chart workspace; the broker handles the order. Seeing a TradingView logo inside a broker's app establishes a different thing: that broker may use TradingView chart technology on its own website.
We checked the India-filtered official directory and each named broker's own connection or chart page. This is a public-document check. We did not sign in, activate segments, submit orders or measure execution speed. A listed connection therefore means documented availability, subject to your account's permissions. It does not promise that every symbol or order feature works for every customer.
Indian stockbroker connections: what the documents establish
Checked 14 October 2026. Alphabetical order, no ranking. Assets and order codes reproduce TradingView's India directory categories, not a verified list of every exchange contract. M = market; L = limit; S = stop; SL = stop-limit. ETF = exchange-traded fund. Data column lists exchanges in TradingView's broker-verification help. You need a live broker account and the relevant real-time data subscription with that broker. Verification lasts 7 days and renews when you next log in through that broker in the Trading Panel. An unlisted data subscription is unknown. F&O means futures and options.

Source map: TradingView India directory supplies all listing, asset and order cells; TradingView broker data verification supplies all data cells. Each broker's named connection/help page supplies its own-confirmation cell. INDmoney and Upstox also use the linked TradingView announcement/profile for direct availability. Angel One's dated announcement and Motilal Oswal's TradingView FAQ support their fee cells. Share.Market's destination uses PhonePe Invest; both names are retained rather than silently substituted. Empty or omitted source features are not treated as proof of absence.
The segment name matters more than a broad asset label
TradingView's directory categories are useful starting points, but stocks, futures and options do not identify an exchange or every eligible contract. For example, Angel One's own FAQ confirms NSE derivatives while saying BSE F&O is coming soon. TradingView's data-verification table nonetheless names Angel One against BSE Futures. Those statements describe different permissions: receiving a data entitlement does not establish permission to place that derivative order.
Likewise, Kotak Neo's exchange answer names NSE, BSE and MCX but makes availability dependent on segments activated in the account. It is not a statement that all instruments on those exchanges are available. For Paytm Money and Motilal Oswal we retain the narrower current directory asset labels even though their broader brokerage businesses may offer more. The table does not turn a missing options label into an accusation that the broker lacks options everywhere.
Upstox now has a direct TradingView broker profile with a connection instruction. Its own product page describes charts on tv.upstox.com. That is an evidence gap in the broker-side instructions, not grounds to repeat an older blanket claim that Upstox cannot connect.
Before treating a listed order control as available
Match the exchange and contract
Ask about the exact cash share, futures contract or option expiry you use. A stock index chart and an option contract are different instruments.
Check the actual order ticket
The table's stop and stop-limit labels are documented controls, not a promise for every instrument. Confirm the permitted order in the connected account without assuming every broker-app feature transfers.
Keep the broker's order book available
Angel One says some specialised orders may not appear on TradingView and directs customers to its own app for the complete latest view.
Separate viewing from closing a position
Angel One explicitly says disconnecting TradingView leaves existing positions active at the broker. Logging out is not an exit instruction.
What logging in does and does not establish about live data
TradingView publishes a specific broker-verification table. We have reproduced only its relevant exchange scopes above. This route requires a live broker account and the relevant real-time data subscription already available with that broker. Connecting through the Trading Panel verifies that account and its available subscriptions. A broker omitted from that table is not automatically delayed, and a listed BSE entitlement should not be relabelled as an all-exchange entitlement.
Chart data and the prices shown on the connected order panel also have separate sources. TradingView's help says the order panel and buy/sell buttons use broker data; purchasing a chart-data package does not replace that feed. Check the instrument and entitlement rather than assuming a paid chart plan fixes an account-side data issue.
The detailed licensing explanation belongs in why market data is delayed. Current chart subscriptions are covered in TradingView plans in India. This connection directory does not repeat those pages' delay or price tables.
Verify your route without sending an order
- 1
Start from the official directory
Find the broker profile through TradingView's own brokers page. Use its Trade connection route and check the broker's genuine login destination.
- 2
Identify which website you are using
Dhan's own FAQ distinguishes tv.dhan.co from TradingView.com. Upstox's product page points to tv.upstox.com. A familiar chart layout alone does not tell you which service or subscription you have opened.
- 3
Ask the broker about an unexplained mismatch
Record the exact symbol, exchange, account segment and missing control. Check the broker's own platform and help before concluding the connection supports or forbids a feature.
Connection costs need their own question
Angel One says its integration adds no extra cost; Motilal Oswal says integration is free while normal brokerage and commissions apply. That does not make a trade free. Elsewhere the cited connection pages do not establish a separate connection fee, so those cells say not stated rather than zero.
Broker subscription packs, executed-order charges and optional TradingView features are different costs. Ask whether a quoted plan covers your account, segment and order route. For statutory charges, use the dated charges changelog; this table deliberately avoids building a second rate sheet from broker-directory marketing text.
A connected chart is still a manual journal entry
OneTradeJournal does not connect to TradingView or to a broker. After a trade, enter the actual fill, charges and notes by hand. That keeps your review tied to what executed, rather than a drawn chart level or an unfilled order. It cannot place, copy or block the next order.
If your plan involves automated signals rather than clicking an order yourself, read our trading API guides first. A documented chart connection does not, by itself, establish approval for a separate automated strategy.
