Sensibull free with which broker: verified access and pricing gaps

Which broker gives you Sensibull free? Zerodha does: Zerodha and Sensibull both say Sensibull is free for Zerodha customers. Angel One's own help page also says it is free for Angel One customers, but Sensibull's homepage lists Angel One users among those who can buy paid long-term plans, so the two disagree. For Upstox, Groww and Dhan we found no page saying Sensibull Pro is free. Checked on 14 October 2026.

Free basic tools and free Pro are separate entitlements

Before asking which broker gives Sensibull free, check which plan the word "free" refers to. Sensibull's help lists a general free plan with a basic option chain, an events calendar and FII/DII data. Its Pro list includes Strategy Builder, Draft Portfolios and IV Chart. Being able to see the basic tools does not mean you have the Pro tools.

Zerodha's July 2023 announcement and Sensibull's help agree on free access for Zerodha customers. Sensibull's homepage also shows Pro at ₹0 a month for Zerodha. Free Sensibull does not make trading free: brokerage and statutory charges still apply.

The options analytics comparison covers other research tools. Here the narrow question is who pays for Sensibull and what the available evidence actually confirms.

What the displayed prices cannot settle

For users who are not on Zerodha, Sensibull's homepage shows Pro at ₹800 and ₹640 a month next to 1-month and 6-month choices, and a separate offer of one year of Pro at ₹392 a month. The same page has a banner saying there are no charges for Sensibull on select brokers (without naming them in the banner) and that the Sensibull app has no charges on iOS devices. We do not turn these figures into a yearly bill or treat any of them as the fee for every broker. A monthly equivalent, the amount collected upfront and an account-specific offer can answer different questions.

The help centre sends users to their profile's plans tab for charges and features. That destination was opened, but its unauthenticated response did not reveal an invoice or the applicable tax treatment. Therefore the table leaves uncertain paid fees unquoted rather than adding GST or assuming a discount.

A dated broker announcement still matters, particularly when a broker says it subsidises the subscription. It does not erase a conflicting current provider page. Retain both URLs and ask for written clarification for the actual account and plan. This is particularly relevant to Angel One because our evidence contains an explicit disagreement.

For a prospective broker decision, the broker criteria guide considers costs and operational features beyond one bundled subscription. This page makes no broker recommendation.

Confirm the entitlement already attached to your account

    1. 1

      Identify the login route

Record which broker identity or separate account you are using. Sensibull's visible choices include Zerodha, Angel One, Upstox and ICICI Direct. A Google account is a separate route; the existence of that option does not establish a broker subsidy.

    2. 2

Read the plan name and unlocked feature

Check whether the screen says basic free access, Pro access, a trial or an expiring offer. Name the feature you need. A general free badge can be accurate while a particular analysis screen still requires another entitlement.

    3. 3

      Capture the final billing terms

If buying, preserve the displayed total, term, tax treatment and renewal wording before payment. This guide did not complete checkout, so it cannot replace that account-specific record.

    4. 4

      Resolve conflicting claims before paying

For Angel One, send the broker/provider support channels the two official descriptions and ask which applies to the account. Keep the answer with its date and plan name. No support message has been sent as part of this review.

Groww and Dhan: leave the missing cells visible

Neither Groww nor Dhan appeared in the Sensibull broker choices captured for this guide. Searches of their official domains did not establish a current broker-specific Sensibull free-access arrangement. That is a limit of this review, not proof that an arrangement can never exist.

If you use either broker, distinguish three claims: access to the broker's own analysis tools, access to Sensibull through a separate account, and an integrated broker login with a subsidised Sensibull plan. Evidence for one does not automatically support the others.

An older comparison may use free loosely for a trial or for the general basic plan. Ask which capability, account route and time period the statement refers to. We have left the Groww and Dhan price cells unverified because there was no usable first-party basis for filling them.

The same applies to Upstox. A login button shows that you can sign in with Upstox; it does not show that Pro is free. A reply on Upstox's own community forum in September 2023 said the integration is through Sensibull's paid subscription. We did not test an Upstox login to Sensibull.

Keep subscription cost separate from trading cost

    • The analytics plan

Record which Sensibull features are included and who pays for them. Save any promotional end date instead of treating a temporary concession as permanent.

    • Broker and statutory charges

A free analytics subscription does not remove applicable brokerage or statutory charges. Use the charges changelog for separately sourced rates; none are duplicated here.

    • Your evidence record

If you keep a journal, log the trades by hand and record the research source separately. This guide does not imply that OneTradeJournal connects to Sensibull, imports orders or verifies a broker entitlement.

When this table needs another check

Recheck after a provider pricing change, a broker partnership announcement or a change in what your account actually unlocks. Keep the date of the source alongside the date you opened it. A recently fetched old announcement should still be described as an old announcement.

The unresolved Angel One conflict is the main qualification to the table's answer. The profile page also needs an account-specific check before this guide can quote final paid prices by broker. Those gaps are stated explicitly so that a public subscription display does not become a promise about your account.

A useful comparison preserves unknown cells until evidence fills them. It also separates the subscription decision from the financial risk of the trades someone may later take. Access to more analytics does not establish that a position is suitable or that an outcome is predictable.
